The study draws upon influence the method of collecting and interpreting data and imply significantly different understanding to those of the more quantitative models, in education of factors such as; classroom behavior, and the role of teachers. This research shows that it is important to have a managing system to keep track of the utilization of educational software in schools. A prototype system has been designed to support this research in revealing the utilization of students and teachers with the latest education software in Malaysian primary school. Teachers are allowed to add student to this system which allow them to search for more educational software in the market according to its subject and language. In a way this system helps the teachers to manage the usage of their educational software in school. This system is called MEduSoft which stand for Managing Education Software In Malaysian Primary School. Samples of 300 students and 30 teachers from 60 different Malaysian primary schools in Malaysia were chosen as sample. Questionnaires were design for three different components; which is the questionnaire itself, interview questions and observation. There two components of questionnaires but it was design using the same method. As a results conclusion a prototype system has been designed to help teachers and students. The school environment and experiences of primary students influence the MEduSoft development to assimilate knowledge about computers and educational software. This system develops before students learn a significant amount about how to choose the best educational software in market.
