The research report indicates that affective commitment dimensions are made of two factors; Emotional Attachment of the affective commitment which measures emotional attachment of the individual to the organization and Involvement and Attachment of the affective commitment which measures involvement. The study also proves that affective commitment, person-organization fit and knowledge sharing dimensions; self knowledge sharing behaviour, others knowledge sharing behaviour, knowledge sharing benefit and knowledge sharing opportunity correlates negatively with turnover intention.
